Oak Tote Bag

This original oak tote bag is made from Scottish oak. The oak is prepared as I would for an oak swill but finessed to be fine weavers. I have paired it with red deer leather which has been oak bark tanned at Wiodland Tannery in Scotland. There are a few cracks in the leather but it is still strong. As always made entirely by me by hand in my rural workshop in Perthshire.
